What is the difference between the filters used in Coway purifiers?

We use advanced filtration tailored to different water conditions. The VILLAEM 3 and WATER STAND PLUS utilize an RO (Reverse Osmosis) filter system, which is highly effective at removing heavy metals. The NEON, ICON PRO, and ICON ICE STANDARD use a Nanotrap filter, which is excellent for removing bacteria and viruses while allowing for a compact, tankless or space-saving design.

A trained “Cody” (Coway Lady/Coordinator) will visit your home to perform a comprehensive service that includes checking the machine, replacing filters on time, and cleaning/sterilizing the water tank and faucets using specialized kits.

How much does maintenance cost?

A 1-Year Free Maintenance Service is included with all 5 launching models to give you complete peace of mind.

What are the charges after the first free year?

We offer transparent pricing for subsequent years. The Type 1 plan (for Cold/Hot models) is approximately ₹12,000 per year, and the Type 2 plan (for Ice/Stand models) is approximately ₹14,400 per year. We also offer a 20% discount if you sign up for a 2-year advance membership.

Can I buy the purifier on an installment plan?

Yes! To make our premium purifiers accessible, we offer attractive Monthly Installment options. For example, with our 36-month installment plan paired with a 2-year membership, you can own the stylish NEON model starting at approximately ₹2,750 per month.
